SUMMERLIN - The fastest growing Master Planned

PECCOLE RANCH - located in the southwest, this

greenbelt areas and 3,600 homes ranging from the mid
$100,000 to more than $500,000. Peccole Ranch offers
the new development, QUEENSRIDGE, located on the
Badlands golf course. You will find golf course homes,

LAKE LAS VEGAS - located just minutes from Lake Meade,
