Step 7= BID - Contact OUR OFFICE "ONLY" for all your bids. We are paid by the Seller (HUD) this is how we are compensated for our service. If YOU don't Win WE don't win.

Step 8= After Winning - Finish all necessary paperwork, & follow up with your Lender.

Step 9 = Close & Move in
